Spring is here in full force in California and that means St. Patrick’s Day and the wearing of the green!
2. Corned beef and cabbage is a traditional way to celebrate in our house, as in many houses around the world. I serve it with mustard (Dijon or coarse ground) and Guiness stout. The whole family really looks forward to it each year.
It is best boiled or cooked in a slow cooker. Just follow the directions on the package or use one of the many recipes online.
