Now that Christmas is behind us it’s time to start thinking about New Year’s Eve celebrations.  Here are some decorating suggestions for the occasion:

 1.  Most people associate New Year’s Eve with champagne to celebrate the midnight hour so why not decorate with mini bottle of the bubbly and then open them all at midnight so your friends can celebrate with their own bottles.  You could use sparkling apple cider for the kids or non drinkers.

artonkels.tumblr3.  Sparklers on your cake or cupcakes really say New Year’s Eve celebration to me.  They are available in stores that sell cake decorating supplies and on line.  Don’t they just say “let’s Party!” and celebrate? photo credit here
